Prosthetics And Orthotics Department (Limb Shop)
Our main role is to assess, design, fabricate, and fit prosthetics and orthotic appliances.
• Prosthetics include upper and lower limbs and are used to replace missing and lost body parts. Orthotics includes spinal orthotics, upper limb orthotics, and lower-limb orthotics and are used to support, fix, compensate, guide, align, and correct deformities.
• Guidance and counseling is also done to our patients. Additionally, patients are advised and trained on how to use the appliances well.
