 - The Eye Unit operates from 7.30 am- 3.00 pm from Monday to Friday. It is also open on Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
- The Rehab unit opens from 8.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday and Thursday. Booking of appointment can be done via telephone.Â
- Patients/ clients are advised to carry their attendance cards on every visit to the hospital. Incase any patient comes without it, there is a provision for searching but we do emphasize on the importance of carrying it just incase of any IT system failure.
- Patients coming for review on discharge are encouraged to come with their discharge summaries. This assists the records personnel to locate the file easily as well as enabling us to know whether they are supposed to pay the consultation or not.
- Â Â In all our three units, the policy of service is first come first served, so we do encourage our clients to respect each other.
- We have qualified and computer literate personnel. Our department acting as the front office offer good public relations to our esteemed clients.
- The Eye Unit records department is fully computerized and has qualified staff working in that area so information is easily accessible.
- The Rehabilitation Centre medical records department caters for both outpatient and in patient orthopaedic cases. It is being manned by two fully trained personnel on health records and information technology.
- The Rehab patient reception has a huge waiting bay which can hold a capacity of 300 patients at any given time, fixed with a T.V set and comfortable seats (pews).
- Registration in all the three departments is done through the use of computers hence reducing our patients/ clients waiting time.
